Naked War cover roughs

These are some rough poses / layouts for the characters in the Naked War cover art, drawn in 2005.

These roughs were the next step after the very rough layout sketch (see follow up link above), and before I started on the final image.

I was drawing really large (for me) at this point, on big sheets of A3 layout paper. I don't think I suit drawing at this size, and tend to get better results on A4 or smaller.
