Equinox mini-boss #1 - Troll

Subject: Solstice 2

Unfortunately I've run out of Equinox boss graphics to post here, despite only posting five of the eight bosses, because I've lost my complete backups and I'm not good enough to play past the 5th dungeon on an emulator any more.

I do have the mini boss graphics though, so I'm not out of early 90s pixel art yet!

This fella was a fairly large troll guy who chased you around the isometric map, then zoomed into a full screen battle if he touched you (a bit Zelda 2 in that respect).

He had a couple of frames for jumping on you, and made use of a whole SNES screen layer, which was fun. It was great being able to draw graphics this size with almost no restrictions, after coming off the much, much more limited NES (Equinox was probably the first SNES game in development outside of Japan, on a smuggled-out dev kit).

Yeah, I like this one, although his feet are too small.
