Subject: Feud
This is the loading screen to the Amstrad version of Feud, the hit Mastertronic game we developed in about 1987.
This is actually my favourite of all the loading screens I've done. I can't remember why, but I drew a square image, rather than filling the who screen, so there were big black borders on both sides. A couple of people in the studio, including the boss, asked me when I was going to finish it off and fill in the empty bits at the side, but I told them this was how it was supposed to be. I think I thought I was designing an album cover or something!
It's really nice, and quite rare, to look back on a drawing from so long ago that I'm not the slightest bit embarrassed about.
