Subject: Fleapit
This is a concept art drawing from our coin-op game Fleapit, illustrating one of the implications of the Plok character being made from separate pieces.
Once we had the idea of him firing his limbs as weapons, naturally he would be left with a reduced complement of limbs once they were fired. We thought the idea of being left with no limbs at all, after firing two arms and two legs, was really funny. It was also a neat self-limiting game design idea, that meant you couldn't fire too fast or two often without paying a penalty in terms of mobility. Mostly we just thought it was funny though.
