These are my rough pencils, done digitally in Clip Studio Paint. My roughs are usually much rougher than this (if you support the Plok comic Patreon you’ll see my roughs and layouts for each comic, and they’re very scruffy). Because pretty much every line here uses 3 point perspective, I set up perspective rulers in Clip Studio and snapped my pencil to these rulers when drawing the lines, so it was hard to go too far wrong.
There was still a fair amount of work planning out the shape and position of each block, and a lot of erasing and redrawing as I got them to fit together nicely.
