Subject: Magnetic Billiards: Blueprint

We got our first review in Edge magazine this century! I think the last time they reviewed us was Wetrix back in 1998 or so (which got a 7/10, if my memory serves me correctly). We didn't get a review of Naked War, but they've made up for that oversight with this smashing review of Magnetic Billiards: Blueprint, giving us 8/10.

It's a funny thing being reviewed by Edge. After going 'indie' in 2004, we always felt a little bit outside of the video game industry, after being firmly within it for the previous decade or two. Not getting any Edge coverage for Naked War, which we felt was the best game we'd ever made, just confirmed that feeling. Now we do have an Edge review, it actually feels like we're back in the video game industry once again. I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing.

I'm not sure if the review is in the print mag, or just on the website.

I think it will probably be website review only. Having said that though, I think printed press is on the way out and the edge website in theory will be around forever and the magazine only for about 1 month.
